It is the company's philosophy that quality is defined by the customer in terms of product specifications, cost and delivery requirements. Implied customer needs (eg: electrical safety; fire safety etc) is assured through the application of stringent standards throughout all aspects of our work including installation, repair and after sales service. These standards give due regard to all applicable regulatory requirements affecting the place of use.
This quality policy is also a statement of internal discipline and an external assurance of our commitment to provide the customer with his requirements "defect free, on budget and on time" on each and every occasion. Quality objectives are established and are being reviewed during the Management Review.
This documented Quality Management System has been developed with the full and active support of the Company Management team to help us to become the market leader.
Our quality policies and other system elements are communicated to all members of staff, via, for example, induction programs (new recruits), Quality briefings etc.
We view Quality Assurance as a means of continuous improvement.
